Issue Summary

Custom fields of the type 'Domain of Reporter' are not showing in the new issue view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a custom field of type 'Domain of Reporter' to a request type.
2. Open a request with the above request type.

Expected Results

The custom field should show in the context fields if not empty and as hidden if empty.

Actual Results

The field is not showing.

Workaround

There is no current workaround
