Mobile app notification for issue creation

      Currently, there is no notification triggered for mobile apps when an issue is created. It will be great if this could be enabled.
      As a sample use case, a service desk agent would like to be able to receive notifications whenever a new request is created.

      Workaround

      Set up an automation rule to alert a user when a request is created
