When receiving a notification from an issue update of a field that is located on the panel, the customer receives an e-mail of the link to the issue that opens in the old issue view instead of the new issue view. In spite of having the new issue view activated. This appears to occur when users use Office365 with the Safelinks options enabled.
The link contains a parameter for the tab panel
Note: this specific notification was associated with the "Original estimate" field update.
Ability to view the issue in the new issue view when receiving that notification.
