Issue Summary

Adding a comment containing the single quote (') character from the "Add Flag" option on a board shows HTML character code "'" in the new issue view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any board > Right-click on a card > Add flag
2. Add a comment with single quotes (e.g. I'm) >Go to new issue view to check the comment containing the equivalent HTML code
   

Expected Results

Adding a comment with single quotes (e.g. I'm) should not the equivalent HTML code

Actual Results

Adding a comment with single quotes (e.g. I'm) contains the equivalent HTML code
