Description
Issue Summary
Adding a comment containing the single quote (') character from the "Add Flag" option on a board shows ASCII character code "'" in the new issue view comments. While the text is shown correctly in the old issue view.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to any board > Right-click on a card > Add flag
- Add a comment with single quotes (e.g. I'm)
- Go to new issue view to check the comment containing the equivalent ASCII code
- Also, the ASCII character would be posted on the Slack channel if there is any A4J rule to send the "Slack Message" once the issue is "flagged".
Expected Results
Adding a comment with single quotes (e.g. I'm) should not the equivalent ASCII code.
Actual Results
Adding a comment with single quotes (e.g. I'm) contains the equivalent ASCII code.
Workaround
Remove or add the flag without a comment and add the notes afterwards as a normal comment.
