Description
Problem Definition
Since the "Profile Visibility" feature released , user with Atlassian Account only able to update profile languge at id.atlassian.com. It is not possible for the Administrator to bulk update the user profile language.
Suggested Solution
Allow admin to bulk update user profile language.
Why this is important
This is important when the customer viewing JIRA and Customer Portal in different language. It's difficult for admin to guide the user to update it from id.atlassian.com. It's best if this can be done by the administrator.
