Issue Summary

:check_mark: markdown is not working when it is copy-pasted in a new issue view. However, if you type the markdown the emoji selection combo is coming.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a new bug in a scrum project in a new issue view.
2. Copy-paste or type in :check_mark: markdown in the description field. The emoji combo is not coming.
3. Edit the bug issue.
4. When you type in :check_mark: markdown emoji combo is coming. However, if you copy-paste the markdown, the emoji combo is not coming.

Expected Results

When you create a bug issue, the description field should show emoji combo even if the user types or copy-paste a markdown. The same behaviour should be there when the issue is edited also.

Actual Results

During bug issue creation, the description field does not show emoji combo even if the user types or copy-paste a markdown. However during edit after issue creation, the emoji combo comes only if the user types in the markdown. Copy-paste of the markdown does not work here.
