Date/Time picker custom field shows incorrect date/time

Steps to Reproduce (happens to specific users)

1. Enter date for the date-time custom field.

Expected Results

• The Date/Time picker custom field shows the date/time it was first set to.

Actual Results

• The Date/Time picker custom field date/time value changes.

Workaround

• Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
