When exporting more than 1000 on the issue navigator, users should be informed that only 1000 will be exported

      It would be important to warn users that only the first 1000 issues on a result that has more than 1000 issues will be exported. This will prevent users from getting confused when they don't see all the expected results in the CSV file.
