Please include 'Rank to Top' in the new issue view

      Problem Definition

      The option to rank to top/rank to bottom is currently not available on the new issue view

      Suggested Solution

      Bring back the option to Rank directly from the issue view

       

      Workaround 

      Use the old issue view
