Provide transaction logs in Jira Audit log

It is very useful for IT admins to have transaction logs in Jira.

This helps with identifying who performed a certain task, e.g uploading files with important information. In addition, it is also important to provide detailed information to the legal team when they need evidence in company litigation events.
