Issue Summary

It is not possible to change the timezone to (GMT-05:00) Louisville.

Steps to Reproduce

• Click on your profile icon -> Settings;
• Select the timezone (GMT-05:00) Louisville in the Your timezone field;
• Click on Save.

Expected Results

The settings will be saved.

Actual Results

The settings are note saved. There is an error 400 in the browser console.

Select a different close/equivalent timezone.
