Issue Summary

Inconsistencies observed with doing csv imports from Issues and Filter Section vs while doing it from External System import section in Jira

Steps to Reproduce

While doing a csv import from Jira settings > External System Import we can map fields like Request Type etc

However while doing an import from Issue & Filters > Search > Import Issues from csv we cannot map some fields like Request Type etc:

Expected Results

Both the csv imports should work in thee same way

Actual Results

We see inconsistencies with the imports

Workaround

User External system import instead of Csv import from the Issues and filter section however importing files from External System import does not trigger an issue created event which is again a problem as a lot of script listeners depend on Jira to fire an issue created event.
