Description
Hi everyone,
I'm pleased to share an update that we've just released to Jira and Confluence Cloud. You can now quote lists, and as a bonus, you can also quote lists that include actions! To find out more about this and other content nesting enhancements, check out the Community post.
These changes will be rolling out over the coming weeks to all accounts, so if you don't see them straight away, they'll be there soon!

Issue Summary
You can neither add a bullet or numbered list to a quoted text block nor select the list and convert it to quoted text in the new issue view editor. The same applies to formatted text.
Steps to Reproduce
- In the new editor either try to paste a bullet list in an already created quoted text block or select an existing list and click on the quoted text icon
Expected Results
The bullet list is added to a quoted text block
Actual Results
The quoted text block is added below the list:
Workaround
There's no workaround available since old issue view is no longer available
