There is no option to enable receiving notifications when users to mention themselves

Suggested Solution

Allow users to be able to mention themselves without needing to enable the Notification of your own changes in the Profile settings

Why this is important

Tagging yourself is not a change, it is a deliberate action to tag yourself because you want to notify yourself
