Summary
New issue view shows old request type value after we move a ticket issue type
Steps to Reproduce
- Submit a ticket via the customer portal.
- In Jira interface move the ticket to another issue type.
Expected Results
Request type should be cleared due to the known behavior that is being tracked on JSDCLOUD-8405.
Actual Results
The New issue view shows the old Request type value.
Notes
The old issue view shows the request type as no match instead.
Workaround
Use the old issue view instead.
