Currently, when we send an email (Jira settings > System > Send email) we can see only once the list of people who will receive the email.

Sometimes we wish to confirm the details of the email that was sent, like the TO or even the subject.

It would be great if we had an option in the UI to see the history or an audit log of all the emails that an admin sent.
