      Expected Results

5d8963a5b4e4 It seems that you're having an issue with the profile card in Confluence. Can you please open a support ticket with details of your site and include a screenshot for further review.

This is an example of it happening on a ticket for me today:

The issue was in Confluence pages. I just checked and have found that when a user is tagged in the comment itself, the issue persists. Here, pressing ESC does not resolve the issue.

This is a window snip of it doing a similar issue with the hover for the definition of code review and estimation. Is there a separate issue for that? The labels are off the screen shot below:

I can't immediately reproduce it for a user profile, but I'll attach then next time I see one.

I also am having this issue and it impacts our team as we go through comments on Confluence pages. It is excessively scaled and blocks the comment itself as well as the text box and buttons. It is adequately illustrated in the .mp4 in this page.

Also still having the same problem at our end.
The user pop-up remains on screen. Are there any people actually using this pop-up feature? Maybe it could be an option to make a feature in the config to disable this large pop-up for people who do not wish to use it?

Anyway, I usually seem to get the problem when I move my mouse over the user link. At that time the pop-up appears and when I move my mouse to another monitor (I have a multi-monitor setup) the pop-up remains locked on the screen where Jira is running.
Maybe that's the issue and it occurs more often for people that use a multi monitor setup?

            Hello everyone,

you can now close profile cards also with a click outside of the profile card or with the ESC key. ESC works for all browsers except Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer. This will allow you to remove profile cards in case it gets stuck. We know it's not ideal, but it is a good workaround that will hopefully solve your problem.

            Thank you for your patience!
