Clicking on the User Profile of the Assignee Field in the Backlog open a Dialog that Never Disappears

Issue Summary

When a user is viewing their backlog in Jira cloud, they can click a story to have the legacy sidebar detail view appear. Users can then view the Assigned User and click to edit. If you click on the field it will open a dialog with the user's information.
However, if you remove the user from the story, or click away from the sidebar, the panel does not dismiss itself.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a story in the backlog.
2. Assign a user
3. Click the story in the legacy sidebar
4. Click the assigned user
5. The panel with the user information will appear
6. Delete the user from the story.

Expected Results

Clicking away from the panel should make the dialog disappear.

Actual Results

The panel persists, for example, if you on another story in the backlog, the panel still persists

Workaround

Reload the page.
