Exporting sub-tasks (all fields) from next-gen project returns an error

Issue Summary

When using the Export Excel CSV (all fields) for sub-tasks of next-gen projects, the export fails and throws an error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a next-gen project;
2. Create an issue;
3. Create a sub-task within that issue;
4. Go to the issue navigator and search for that issue;
5. Select the "Export Excel CSV (all fields)" option to export;

Expected Results

A CSV file will be generated.

Actual Results

No CSV is generated.

Workaround
