Summary
When accessing a ticket directly from the notification center, you will be redirected to the comment link of the issue (?focusedCommentId=12774&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#comment-12774) on the old issue view.
Steps to reproduce
- Opens a ticket and ask someone to mention you on a comment;
- Using your user, click on the bell icon and open the ticket using the notification;
- You will be redirected to the old issue view.
Expected results
Jira should redirect the user to the new issue view comment.
Actual result
Jira is redirecting the user to the comment link (?focusedCommentId=12774&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#comment-12774) on the old issue view comment.

Remove the focusedCommentId part of the ticket's URL.

[ Hi there,
Unfortunately the deep-linked focussed comment links are not yet supported in the new issue view yet, and so following one of these links will still take you to the old view. Once these are implemented in the new issue view these links will work. ] |

In addition, in our case the Workflow lists only 3 of the 5 states and one if the existing state, so the issue can only be transitioned to half of the possible states (workflow allows transitioning to any state from "All"). If you click on the issue number link at the top of the page, it still displays the old view. But if you Refresh that page, it displays the expected view without any change to the URL.
