      Problem definition

      Batching notifications or Notification Platform (NP) does not work when "Email from" is customised in Jira. This however is not documented in Jira emails are changing! page.

      Suggested Resolution

      Please update the documentation and include clarification about the impact of setting "Email from" for Jira batching notifications.
