Issue Summary

It is not possible to upload mp4 files to Jira.

Only really small files seem to be working.

Environment

Jira Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

• Try attaching a video file to an issue by any method available:
  • Using the clip icon (attachment button);
  • Files and images button in the comment;
  • Drag and drop the file.

Expected Results

The file will be uploaded.

Actual Results

Jira fails to load the file:

Tested file formats:

• mp4;
• AVI.

Tested files size:

• 48mb
• 8mb

Workaround

None at the moment.
