Problem definition

In new issue view, when a user tried to create an inline child issue for an Epic, and that child issue type is missing "Epic Link" field, they would get error message saying "We couldn't create the child issue":

This message is misleading and does not indicate why the issue could not be created.

Suggested solution

Update the error message to inform the user that the child issue could not be created because of :

• missing "Epic Link" field.
• Validator added in create issue transition
• Allow the create issue screen to pop up to enter the required information
