      Summary
When a user tries to edit the global time tracking settings, the time display format drop-down shows pretty format as the currently selected one even if actually set to hours or days. The drop-down does not pick up the value selected.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Jira Settings> Issues > Time Tracking
      2. Use Edit Global Settings to edit the time tracking format.
      3. Set Time tracking format to Hours and save the changes.
      4. Refresh the page.
      5. Try to Edit Global settings again.

      Expected Results

The Time display format drop-down shows "Hours" as the selected one.

      Actual Results

The time display format drop-down resets and shows the first option(pretty format) as the current setting.
