(Original summary: "Add the "create sub-task" option in the ellipsis button of the new issue view")
Currently, in the new issue view, we have the quick add buttons for add sub-tasks. Using this button only gives you the ability to specify a summary for each new sub-task.
This is a useful feature to create sub-tasks quickly. However, it would be also useful if we have an option to create sub-tasks using the full Create Issue popup, so that additional fields can be entered.
Work around
If you have configured your project to require specific fields when a sub-task is created, the form will open as it did in the Old Issue View.
