Description
Issue Summary
If the user name of the user is different from its user key in the database, the separation of duties condition will be ignored.
Environment
Jira Cloud
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Separation of duties condition in a transition Y (e.g. user cannot perform this transition if he's perform X transition);
- Have a user perform the transition X;
- Have the same user try to perform the transition Y that has the condition.
If that user is able to perform all the transitions, this is possibly caused by the bug.
Expected Results
The user should not be able to perform the transition Y if it has performed the transition X.
Actual Results
The condition is ignored, and the user will be able to perform all those transitions.
Workaround
None at the moment.
