Support keyboard shortcuts for other languages keyboards

    Description

      Problem Definition

      Currently, the Keyboard shortcuts only work with standard English letter keyboard and no shortcuts work if the input language is set to some other language. Keeping the keyboard shortcuts constant on the keys would greatly benefit users when using another language in Jira Cloud. 

      Suggested Solution

      Keep the same shortcuts independent of the input language.
