Ability to choose which fields will be displayed individually in the new issue view

Summary

In the old view, there was an option called Configure fields, where you could select which fields would be displayed for you in the edit screen:

That was useful in cases where there are different teams that work in the very same issue, but those teams do not really have the interest in the same information (different fields within the issue).

That would remove the need to go trough unnecessary information, specially when editing issues in the board.

Suggested solution

Add the ability to configure fields. For example, when opening an issue in its detail view in a board:

Obs: currently, that option will take you to the issue layout section.
