Updating jira.table.cols.subtasks in Advanced Settings has no effect on the Old Issue View

      Summary

      Changes made in jira.table.cols.subtasks has no effect in the Old Issue View.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to https://<Cloud URL>/secure/admin/AdvancedApplicationProperties.jspa
      2. Make changes to jira.table.cols.subtasks by adding more fields

      Actual Results

      The Subtask doesn't show the added fields.

      Expected Results

      The Subtask should shown the added fields configured in Advanced Settings.

      Notes

      The columns (list of sub-tasks) sequence are not being followed.

      Workaround

      No workarounds

            c756ae7c55ec, my apologies, I meant to link to the relevant ticket that is still open: JRACLOUD-70206 – Configuring the info to show when viewing sub-tasks or linked issues in a table does not reflect in the new issue view. I suggest the watchers of this issue Watch and Vote on that one instead.

            Hi Anusha - there are 6 people who have asked for this in the last 6 months and this has been closed?!

            Can you outline what the new view has to offer, with regards to sub-tasks and this issue? And how this would be addressed in the new view.

            Atlassian Update - February 2023

            As the Old Issue View has been retired, I am closing this ticket as obsolete.

            I suggest the watchers of this issue Watch and Vote on this one instead: JRACLOUD-70206 – Configuring the info to show when viewing sub-tasks or linked issues in a table does not reflect in the new issue view.

            Doesn't work on Jira Cloud new view either. Super frustrating not to have a basic thing like due dates available with a list of subtasks within a parent ticket.

            Please fix this – it's very frustrating – without this ability, working with subtasks is a real pain in Jira.
