Issue Summary

When performing any bulk operation that has issues from a Next-Gen project the process fails and returns a page with error 500

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a Next-Gen project
2. Create issues
3. Try to perform any bulk operation from issue navigator

Expected Results

The process should end as expected

Actual Results

The process fails and an error 500 is returned

Workaround

In the next-gen project, create the sub-task issue type. This will eliminate the 500.
The sub-tasks types will need to be created in both the source and destination projects.
This workaround only works in some instances.
