- Go on a board that has the Issue Detail View Labs feature
- Click on an issue to see the details

Workaround
Disable new issue view.
- Go to Profile Settings: https://example.atlassian.net/secure/ViewPersonalSettings.jspa
- Under Jira labs, turn off the option New Jira issue view
