Summary

Custom field changes are not showing up correctly on the issue history tab.

Steps to Replicate

1. Create a custom user picker field and at it to the respective test projects' issue screen.
2. Assign a random user to the custom user picker field.
3. Clear the user picker field manually.
4. Check the history tab

Expected Results

History correctly reflecting the changes.

Current Results

History tab of the issue showing incorrect value. The custom field is cleared but on the history tab, it shows no changes.
