SLA tracking for each issue type

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The ability to specify adn monitor SLA violations for each type of issue will be very useful. This should be optional because all projects might not have SLAs.

      We should also be able to generate SLA violation reports and graphs.
