Users can't vote in the new issue view

      Currently, Jira's new issue view does not allow users to vote for issues.

      This is possible only in the old issue view.

      The workaround is to switch to the old issue view by clicking on the avatar at the bottom-left corner → Personal Settings and flip the switch in the Jira Labs section.
