Problem Definition
When viewing the issue through the New Jira issue detail view, it is not possible to add custom fields between the description and the comment sections.
Suggested Solution
Add the ability for admins to add custom fields between the description and the comment sections.
Why this is important
This should enhance greatly the user experience.

There is none.
