Summary

When using the new issue view, adding a bullet list and sub-bullets then changing the style of the text (including Hyperlinks), it starts a new line.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable the new issue view
2. Open a ticket and add a bullet list with many sub-bullet points on the description.
