Add comments in Jira issues from Slack

      Current behavior

      At the moment, it isn't possible to easily add comments to Jira tickets directly from Jira notifications in Slack.

      Expected behavior

      It would be great to add the ability to add comments in Jira tickets from Slack channels.

      Workaround?

      • You can add a comment from the Slack channel to the Jira issue Slack panel as shown in this short video: Recording #231.mp4
