Issue types are missing from Default Issue Type Scheme

      Summary

      In "Default Issue Type Scheme", some issue types are missing and admin cannot add/remove the issue types

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Jira Settings > Issues > Issue type schemes
      2. Edit Default Issue Type Scheme

      Expected Results

      • It should show all issue types in the scheme
      • Unable to add/remove the issue types because they should all be there

      Actual Results

      • Only "Epic" is in the list
