Implement dedicated worklog in new issue view

      Problem Definition

      The new issue view no longer has a dedicated worklog tab.

      Suggested Solution

      Implement a worklog option in the dropdown menu that currently has just comments and history as options.

      Workaround

      Disable the new issue view. For that follow the steps below:

      1. Select your avatar and choose Profile
      2. Turn off the New Jira issue view toggle under Labs
