Problem Definition

From the desktop client, Jira users can post URL as plain text like as below:

http://example.com/

From the mobile app, URLs will be automatically converted into link notation:

[http://example.com/|http://example.com/]

When Jira users try to edit the URL in the comment on the mobile, it is trouble to edit the URL if the URL is converted in link notation.
Since the URLs will render as a link even with plain text, there's no advantage to converting the URL into link notation.

Suggested Solution

Do not convert the URL to link notation and keep the URL as plain text.
