When creating a comment in a Jira issue, if a word has a hyperlinklink and is also in a preformatted section, the hyperlink will be lost in Jira's new issue view

However, in the new issue view, the hyperlink gets lost, confirmed also by the black font (as opposed to blue in the old issue view):
