Add support for Tempo fields in new jira issue view

Problem Definition

Currently, the new JIRA issue view that is applicable to the full issue view page and board detail view of issues is not displaying the Account and Team fields from the Tempo add-on.

Suggested Solution

Add support for these fields so it can be shown in the issue details and full view.

Workaround

Disable the new JIRA issue view under the Labs section inside the user profile for Software project.

Update:
Noticed that depending on either the project is Software, Core or Agility, the New Issue View has different behaviour. It shows the add-on's fields for the Software and Agility projects, but not for the Core projects.
This bug is faced for Core/Business project using the New Issue View and there is no workaround as the Lab feature is only for Software project, where the add-on's fields are showed. Also, showed for Agility projects.
