Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an issue collector using a Custom template.
2. While editing the issue collector, get its ID in the URL.
3. Access the issue collector directly using the following URL:

   https://<INSTANCENAME>.atlassian.net/rest/collectors/1.0/template/form/<ISSUE COLLECTOR ID>

Expected Results

The above-mentioned article was meant to be used in Jira Server, therefore it shouldn't work. However, using a Raise bug or Got feedback? the form is correctly rendered:
