Summary

On create issue dialog when pasting screenshot (or file) from clipboard to description field it is possible to create the issue creation before upload completion, but only the text that refers to an image is inserted but no actual file is attached to issue.

Steps to Replicate

1. Create issue
2. Paste attachments from clipboard
3. It displays that the image has been attached but the upload progress bar doesn't show up and doesn't block as it's in progress
4. Issue is created and the error that Unable to render embedded object file is displayed

Suggested Solutions

It should upload the attachments and block the issue creation while the upload progress doesn't finish and display it on the description as a thumbnail.

Also, the progress bar should be closer to the description field, to make it visible when you paste an attachment on the field
