Summary

On create issue dialog when pasting screenshot (or file) from clipboard to description field only text that refers to image is inserted but no actual file is attached to issue.

Steps to Replicate

1. Create issue
2. Paste attachments from clipboard
3. It displays that the image has been attached but the upload progress bar doesn't show up and doesn't block as it's in progress
4. Issue is created and the error that Unable to render embedded object file is displayed

Expected Result

It should upload the attachments and block the issue creation while the updload progress doesn't finish and display it on the description as thumbnail

Current Result

It doesn't upload the attachments and the description shows that it can't render the image:

Unable to render embedded object: File (xxxxx.png) not found.

Workaround

Updload the attachment by using the browse option at updload section at issue creation
