Summary

When Time Tracking is set to Display In hours the estimates values are displayed in Pretty
EXE:

• 25.5 hours is displayed as 3d 1h 30m
• 15 min displays as 15m rather than .25h

Steps to Reproduce

1. On Agile Board Scrum or Kanban
2. Configure time Tracking to use HOURS as described in:
   1. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracloud/configuring-time-tracking-735940583.html

      The number of working hours per day is 8.
      The number of working days per week is 5.
      Time estimates will be displayed in the following format: hours (e.g. 36.5h)
      The current default unit for time tracking is hour.
      Copying of comments to work description is currently enabled.

3. Create Issue with an original estimate
4. Access the card board and open a card, the time tracking will display the time in days instead of hours
