User/Group is member of 'atlassian-addons-project-access' project role but is not listed in default members

Issue Summary

After the changes on project roles for Atlassian add-ons (e.g atlassian-addons-project-access), there are some users/groups who are still members of this project role. The users in atlassian-addons-project-access will be granted permissions based on the add-on project role.

Environment

• Jira Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

• Unable to reproduce this via the UI as the ability to add users and groups to the Project Role atlassian-addons-project-access has been removed

Expected Results

• User and Group should not be included in this project role, only Atlassian Apps (add-on)

Actual Results

• Admin's permission helper in issue shows that the user is members of 'atlassian-addons-project-access', and is granted with the permission
• Project role atlassian-addons-project-access grants access to all Issue Security Levels in a Scheme. This may cause users/group in that Security scheme to see Jira issues incorrectly, despite having the correct configuration on the instance
• Project role for atlassian-addons-project-access is not listed in Project People page. Admins cannot change this via the UI, an update will need to be done via the database by Atlassian Support to remove this Project Role not giving to apps

• That was an interim issue and to fix that please contact support
