Some customers would like the ability to be able to hide or limit the number of users shown on a 'user picker' field when searching for users, to a certain project or group. For example, only be able to select users from the current project on a 'user picker' field (either system fields, such as "Assignee" or custom fields), or select users from only a specific group.
