Summary
In the New Issue view, when one wants to adjust the Start date and time, the only time interval available is between 9am and 6pm
Environment
- Jira Software Cloud
- New Issue View
Steps to Reproduce
- In the Sprint view screen of a Scrum Project, click one of the issues and notice the New Issue view (pop-up screen).
- Attempt to log time by clicking the + sign next to Time Tracking.
This should only work if the issue already has some time logged. - Attempt to edit the Date started by clicking the calendar sign next to it
Notice the time picker only shows the 9am - 6pm time interval
- Expected Results
The time picker should show a whole day time interval
Actual Results
The time picker only shows 9am - 6pm, in 30 minutes increments
Workaround
There are currently 2 workarounds:
- Disable New Jira issue view under Profile → Labs section. This will bring the old issue view with another date/time picker
- Edit the Date started field in Issue Detail View.
- Click on the issue key on top of the New Issue view
- Log work on Issue Detail View
